The dog must be under 40 lbs, and the breed can't be listed on the insurance company's restricted dog list (Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull and any associated mix, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs, wolf hybrids, Presa Canario (Canary dog), Akita, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff). The lessor can refuse the dog breed before accepting the pet deposit. * Smoking or vaping of any substances and smokeless tobacco is not allowed inside or outside the property. This is a zero-tolerance policy, and any violations will be grounds for eviction. * The burning of candles or any scented materials is prohibited. * The use of flushable wipes is prohibited. * The tenants are prohibited from operating any commercial business on the property. * No more than three (3) vehicles are permitted. Additional vehicles will incur a $25/month charge. * Vehicles must be operational and have current registrations. * The use or storage of a portable basketball hoop anywhere on or in the property is prohibited. * The tenant is prohibited from storing items like old tires, broken appliances, or other discarded materials in the yard, garage, or backyard. The landlord reserves the right to deem items junk, and the tenant must dispose of said materials. * Per the Village of Montgomery, garbage cans must be kept in the garage of the house. * Boats, jetskis, snowmobiles, motor homes, ATVs, and trailers are not allowed. * Livestock, poisonous, wild, or exotic animals are not permitted. * Aquariums are not permitted.
