    One bedroom , one bathroom, large private deck duplex attached to large home in the upper Kingsbury neighborhood Nevada, one mile from Heavenly ski area and five from Downtown South lake. The house is backed by beautiful national forest , hiking and mountain biking trails out the door, and a Tahoe Rim trailhead up the street. The apartment has it's own separate staircase entrance to a 20 ft by 20 ft. private deck with views of the National forest. The top floor is a large living area with the kitchen and living room. There is gas heating stove upstairs. Downstairs is the laundry room, bathroom and bedroom and two closets. The whole apartment is 800 square feet plus the 400 square feet deck. Thats 1200 sq. feet of private area. There are 2 closets and more storage in the laundry room. There is room for a dog to run around , but it is not fenced. The maximum occupancy is 2 people and 2 cars. At lease signing renter pays for cleaning deposit 800 and last months rent 1750.Then when renter moves in the rent is due for that month. Owner pays for water and driveway snow removal. One dog is allowed on acceptance. Renter is responsible for snow clearance on stairs and deck. owner provides shovel , roof scraper and a small snow blower. Renter pays a monthly portion of the gas and electricity of 35% of the total. It is charged each month. This price varies , winter is higher than summer depending on the usage. Internet is 45. per month We try to conserve energy.
