Highend home perfect for the family that is transitioning or holding off on buying in this crazy market. The home is complete with high-end upgrades throughout, it comes with a heated pool, 900 sq ft Trex Deck, movie theatre, resort-style master bath/shower, game room, and more. We are still searching for our home but taking applications. We are looking for a reliable family who will treat this like their own. We are making a move to Phoenix, AZ for work that could be temporary (1-2 years) or become permanent. We won't know until we get out there and live there for a little while. Renter will be responsible for lawn and minor weed pulling. I would also like to have someone come maintain the pool, this would be to eliminate any responsibility the renter and peace of mind for me. I am not sure what that would cost a month but, I can't forsee it being much.
