Will be living abroad for a year and renting our apartment fully furnished. Whatever you don't want us to leave in the apartment we will put in storage. The apartment comes with 2 garage spaces but it is currently undergoing renovations but should be good by April. Street parking also available. The apartment has a balcony and washer and dryer in unit. The complex has a gym and pool overlooking downtown KC. We are open to renting earlier than April 1st. Also possibility of renting our 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Water included, tenant pays electric.
