Just under 300 sq. ft. this ADU has a kitchenette with sink, large granite countertop, refrigerator & microwave. Queen size Murphy bed. Occupant provides own mattress. Bathroom consists of toilet, vanity & shower. Property owner lives in main house approximately one to two weeks per month. No pets permitted. No onsite washer or dryer. One off street parking for tenant. Electricity, water & common trash are included. Tenant is responsible for basic ground cleanup. Ie; sweep up leaves, twigs, acorns. all properties in Silverado are on septic tank holding systems. The system will be pumped and voided prior to tenant's occupancy. tenant is responsible to pump and void the system while they occupy the property, and upon vacating the tenant will pump and void it at tenant's cost.
