Huge pool deck too, all screened in so mosquitoes can’t bother swimmers. A 40x50 powered insulated metal outbuilding with 3 bays, and another large garage for your outdoor toys. Once they finish the Wekiva parkway you’ll be 5 min from the beltway, 20 min from Mount Dora, 20 min from Sanford, 45 min from Disney, and 35 min from Downtown Orlando (although why go there unless someone is paying you). Close to everything but far enough away for have peace. Two of our neighbors are wedding venues, so people actually come to get married where you would live (and you’d get free music while you swim- it’s fun trust us).
