This is a completely remodeled mobile home which sets in Milsteads Mobile Home Park seconds away from the elementary and Jr. high school in Calhoun, Louisiana. The park is well kept and they do the lawn care for you. Lot rent is only $200/month. This is a must see to believe, pictures do not do it justice. All the counter tops are hand crafted out of real wood.
