I am looking for a female roommate. I would like to find someone who is quiet, respectful and has good communication to rent a private bedroom and bathroom in my Erie condo. About the condo and complex: The shared space is a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry space, and a balcony off the living room. The complex is very quiet and provides easy access to Baseline and 25. There is also ample street parking. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. No smoking. No drugs. About the room: The bedroom is furnished and is directly across the hall from your own private bathroom (full bath). It has a queen size bed, nightstand, hope chest, mounted TV, desk, and a good size closet. It is approximately 120 square feet. About the lease: The room is now available and is a month-to-month lease. I will ask that you share your most recent landlord as a reference and will be doing a background check ($35 due when applying, non-refundable) as well. The price is $850 a month + utilities. Utilities are typically $220/monthly, so the split would be ~ $110/monthly (gas, electricity, and internet). Deposit of $850 and first month's rent due upon move-in.
