Beautiful home in the Aptos hills available July 4 2024 The house has: Gorgeous views of the forest from all windows Super sunny and bright Huge floor to ceiling windows One bathroom with shower/bathtub combination Wood stove, central heat, and air conditioning Washer/dryer Wi-fi Deck overlooking forest with lots of birds, squirrels, deer, wild turkeys Carport with room for two cars 3 miles up from the post office on a winding road (you will want to be more "country folk" than "city folk") No public transportation so you need a car/motorcycle or be a great mountain biker. Just 8 minutes to Starbucks and New Leaf in Aptos Village, 10 minutes to the beach, and 12 minutes to Cabrillo. One bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed; the second bedroom has a full size bed. Looking for: Folks that will take excellent care of the house and furniture (using coasters, keeping things clean). I have set the price lower than market rate to make sure to get people who will care for it. People who are wanting to live more "rurally" this house is up a small road into the forest. If you forget milk, you won't really want to go back to town for it.
