Amenities also include two swimming pools, and a jacuuzi. I'm ok with a cat, or a small dog. Utilities are included in rent. Total cost is $1500 per month. The Adu occupant is responsible for 20% of monthly utilities, to include wifi, water, gas, electric, etc. I estimate it will cost around $50 total per month for 9 months of the year, with the 3 summer months at about $90 per month total, due to running the a/c.
