They are completely separated, and we are renting the 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. Located close to Amazon Park, Albertsons, LCC, downtown and UO. It's also on main bus lines and near bike paths, with both off and on-street parking. The house is a 1 story with great natural light, hardwood & vinyl floors and a fully fenced yard with a sundeck, a huge raised bed and a covered patio. All the bedrooms are decently sized, with the smallest being 9x11 and the largest 12x14. The roomy kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The deposit is $4,000, all refundable on a month to month rental agreement. We are open to pets. Utilities are not included, mowing outside the fence is included. Please do not disturb the tenants.
