This is a one-bedroom unit with a king size bed. Extra bedding includes a queen size folding mattress. Extra pillows, blankets, and sheets are located in the laundry room and closet. The kitchenette is fully stocked and includes bowls, silverware, and cups. *Please note, this unit does not have a full size oven/stove. We do, however, have a toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, and full size fridge/freezer. **The A/C is shared so we ask you to be mindful of the people upstairs. Extra fans and heaters are provided for your comfort. There is a large, fully fenced in (shared) backyard to enjoy where you can allow your dog & kid-friendly dogs to roam. *Fully trained pets only* There is no doggy door so you will need to take them outside. There is a designated parking space for guests in the driveway. Utilities are included. $250 cleaning fee. Renters insurance is not required, but is recommended. Pets MUST be potty trained, non-destructive, people and other pet friendly as the backyard is shared.
