This well-maintained home is gorgeous inside and out. Newer appliances and a six-foot garden window in kitchen. New hardwood floors throughout, new upgraded carpet in bedrooms, solar tubes, fresh paint, built in desk with file drawers and overhead bookcases, updated tile bathrooms and a beautifully landscaped backyard. Backyard spa and metal storage shed stay! This home is the complete package, nothing to do but move in! UPDATE: After 3 years Too bad the people that bought it from us have not kept it up. The landscape has become overgrown and looks ragged now. I can only hope that the inside has been better cared for. At one time it was the nicest and most well-maintained home on the block. It should be a crime what some people do to their "homes".
