Renter pays water, electric and propane. Propane will be full upon move-in and renter to fill back to full upon leaving. Owner pays HOA fees which include sewer and trash however any fines/citations accrued by renter or guests will be responsibility of the renters. Renter will be responsible for as-is maintenance of landscaping and owner will pay for annual topping/trimming of front lawn trees. Dogs will be allowed at discretion of owner with renter paying for any damages from animal that occur. No smoking. Garage access to owner with 24 hour advanced notice.
