You would be taking over our lease. There is a $250 fee to apply and transfer our lease but if you are approved we would cover the fee. The apartment includes internet/cable and valet trash. Our water is around $23 a month and power is around $73.The apartment complex is actually really quite and we are toward the back. Our deck looks out to the trees at the back of the property. Really nice feel secluded from that rest of the complex. Pets are allowed there is a one time $400 charge and then it is $20 per month. We are 5 minutes from Disney, right across the street from Celebration. Great location.
