We are subleasing our amazing apartment in Olentangy Village from March to August--you can also renew the lease starting from August to the next year:) It is a really quiet, convenient, affordable, and absolutely beautiful neighborhood! We also maintained our place to be as clean as possible:) The rent is around $1,044 for the whole apartment (2 bedrooms+ 1 bathroom) including water and trash fee; you will have free access to parking spots, a pool, and a gym. The leasing office always provides free coffee and snack :p The walk to OSU is around 20 minutes and the drive is less than 5 minutes; 2 minute walk to Olentangy Trail; 5 minutes walk to Giant Eagle, Lucky's market, and a nice Asian grocery store; you can find so many good places to eat around here too-Condado, Lavash Cafe, Cup of Joe; Everything else you will need is also within walking distance--Post office/gas station/pet store.
