Beautifully remodeled home. I own this home. Because I travel for work, I am looking for a great family to rent this out to. In the past 13 years, I have had only 3 families rent from us. My current tenant family is moving north this month. * close to REI, grocery store, Momentum Climbing, restaurants, beautiful parks, freeway access (belt route + I-80) * safe, friendly neighborhood * close to incredible trails for mountain biking, hiking, trail-running Looking to rent it out for a year or longer to a great, trustworthy, reliable family who will treat this home like it's their own. Thanks! 12 months initially. Ideally, I'd like to find a family that wants to rent from us for 2-3-4+ years.
