The building is elegant and professionally managed. The apartment is spacious and bright. As you enter, you will be amazed at the natural light. The six windows, have open views of the City. The entrance hall is very large and has a walk-in closet. The dining room is separate from the living area but open, so you have a feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom has a bathtub in addition to the shower. The kitchen opens to the hall and the dining area. The bedroom alcove is large enough for a queen size bed and can be separated from the living area by closing the doors. There is an elevator and coin operated washing machines and dryers. Although there is no need for a car, if you have one you can rent a garage in the building. The Neighborhood and Getting around This neighborhood is perfect: safe day and night, at walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, movie theaters, gyms, Yoga, Pilates, public library and the Presidio National Park, where you will find golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts. Five minutes walk will take you to UCSF medical facilities and shuttle as well as the community center/gym JCC, with swimming pool, gym, yoga, pilates, spinning and lectures and classes. In about 20 minutes you can walk to the Marina. Fillmore's famous jazz clubs are more distant, but still within 25 to 30 minute walk. There is a bus stop right in front of the building: bus #1, including the Express bus to the Financial district, stop there. Other bus stops are very near, so you can go everywhere very easily. Many high tech companies' shuttles are within walking distance. If you are you are looking for a safe, convenient, bright, ready to move in apartment in San Francisco, this is the right place for you. Owner pays trash, water and sewage.
