The house is in Thornton, 2 miles from i25, 20 minutes to Downtown Denver, 15 minutes to Broomfield, and 30 minutes to Boulder. W/D on the main floor. It's a big house (5 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms/3600sq) so 5 total people will live in the house. Rooms are single occupancy. Room#A: (AVAILABLE) (Bigger than most 1bed/1bath apartments) -Has a private bathroom -Downstairs -private entrance -Lock for privacy -comes with a huge downstairs area (bigger area than most of the 1bed/1bath apartments) -995/month Room#B: (TAKEN) -By a male in her early 30s. Working in engineering. Room#C: (TAKEN) -By a female in her early 20s. Working in the service industry. Room#D: (TAKEN) -By a male in his early 20s. Working in the service industry. Room#E: (TAKEN) -By a guy in his late-20s. Working as a sales rep. A fully refundable one-month deposit and credit/background checks are required. Garage space is available for an additional fee. Preferred no pets - but might accept a dog on a case-by-case basis with a 300 pet deposit and pet rent of 35/month. NO CATS as one of the roommates is allergic. 1 year lease.
