    2 bedroom plus bonus room/office/bedroom and 1 bath modular home on a shared property. The bonus room has a closet and can be used as a bedroom or an office or hobby room. This is a double wide modular home with a detached carport and it's own private fenced backyard. The backyard backs up to about 4 acres of my family's and there are two horses and 2 goats that you will see roaming around there. My father lives in one of the homes on the property and in the other two homes are two working family's. We are looking for tenants that are quite and respectful of their neighbors, takes great care of our family's home and is a good neighbor with no drama. The home has a large wood stove, w/d hookups, dishwasher, front and back porch, and a fire pit in backyardThere is also a chicken coop from previous tenant if you want to clean it up and use it. The home uses well water. Property is located about 5 miles outside of downtown Onalaska going towards Morton. Tenant is responsible for utilities and trash removal, tenant screening will be done, security deposit of $3000. We will consider a quiet pet. No yapping barkers as one tenant goes to work at 4am and nobody wants to listen to a barking dog all the time. Please message with any questions as my dad does not want to deal with that. Tell about yourselves when you write, how many people, if pets what kind, size age, breed etc. please be as detailed as possible. We are looking for long term tenants but we will be doing a month to month rental incase it is not a good fit. Tenant screen will require a credit report, past evictions, employment verification. The tenant will be responsible for the actual charges. Tenant responsible for trash and utilities.
