This is a very nice property sold as a short sale handled by a CDPE agent with extensive experience. All seller documents have been received and there is a definite hardship. The bank suggested the short sale to them. The last one I did was approved within 30 days of contract but give me 60 days to get the approval. Show to your buyers that need space and like a country feel. Good value.
