I am the owner and currently live in the townhouse. I am exploring renting or selling it as my life situation has changed. At this time I am just trying to gauge the market and see what interest there is. I won't be able to do any showings until my plans are more certain. I do require 720+ credit score and yearly income of 50X the monthly rent. A plus is if you are somewhat handy and able to fix minor issues on your own.
