The house is completely updated. The kitchen and main level bathroom have been updated in 2012 (kitchen with Ikea cabinets). Floors are hardwood throughout the house except bedrooms which got new carpets in 2017. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom, a living/ guest area and an updated bathroom (2016) downstairs. There is a study nook as well downstairs which can be used for the kids homework place. The house has a walk-out lower level which brings plenty of sunlight. Deck was updated in 2021, Lovely sunlight in the kitchen and great views of Glenbard South's football field from the deck. Highly recommended schools. The backyard is fenced and backs up to a Church's plot which will never be built and is great for privacy. The deck is great for entertaining given the expansive views.
