Very convenient for public transit (right on the A Line and 67) and there is off street parking with plenty on street as well. Small apartment building (like 4 units) so it's pretty quiet. The floor plan is a bit funky but there's plenty of common space with hardwood floors and TONS of natural light. Also has a great shared porch out front, facing the street. Unit is on second floor and there is no elevator. We are two mid twenties folks looking for a roommate who is COVID conscious and would be down for some shared meals or community nights. We're both pretty laid back. One cat in the house and unfortunately, we cannot have any others. Rent is 1425 shared, 475 per person. Water/trash is included and we are not responsible for any outdoor maintenance. Water and trash paid!
