I was hoping to get someone to take up the rest of my lease through July of 2018. Plenty of space and privacy. Includes dishwasher, laundry in building, back deck/patio, grill space, excellent water pressure, respectful and awesome roommate, the works. It's a really lovely home. Stones throw from the 92 to downtown and Sullivan, 10 minute walk to Bunker Hill and Sullivan Square Orange line stops, about 15-20 minute commute to Faneuil Hall by bus. Down the street from good restaurants and Bunker Hill Mall, Whole Foods. The apartment's furnished in all areas minus the room, and is tastefully decorated. Collectively my girlfriend and I have stuff to get rid of, so if you're in the market for some furniture, let me know. Swing by, take a look and meet the remaining awesome roommate.
