This is a hard to define area between Bernal Hill and Glen Park. Mission Street is literally outside our door and on the corner, and though it is a busy street we do not hear traffic from inside our home. Also, this street is private and each homeowner owns the spaces immediately in front of their homes. This means outsiders are not allowed to park here, though it may take a sign to serve as a friendly reminder. The 49/14 bus stops right in front, the BART is about 5 min. away and the J-Church is not far either.
