The neighborhood is very quiet. All the neighbors are friendly and we have a neighborhood picnic once a year. The entry to the neighborhood is always decorated as well as maintained by a home owner and each home owner adds $5.00 to the kitty each year. The neighborhood is in the middle of the Village and all gates can be reached in a reasonable time frame. The medical aspect is that the ambulance service is located in the Village and is available to all Village owners.
