First ignore the street view photo from Zillow, its 20 years old and they never update them.Ive enclosed current street views.This house would sell today for close to $700k . I don't think Zillow has ever sent anyone out here to actually see the homes. Today homes list and sell in less then a week with major bidding wars . Everyone seems to be moving out here from NYC. Why , one of the best schools on Long Island , large lots 1/2 + in my case. Our home is a park , with mature evergreens and plantings , cherry trees , elms dogwood oaks. The pavilion and large inground fenced pool area and stone pavers and patios and walkways make it gorgeous. New farm kitchen May 2023 .Our house has been resided ,, reroofed 5 years ago. Its been redone inside with new Anderson picture windows and patio doors and Thermal guard windows in the entire house The oil fired heating system is 1 year new with massive hot water output. Walk in whirlpool tub and newer appliances skylights etc. Its a really nice move in house but again Zillow has always undervalued these homes by $100k or more . @ barns 10x12 .This house today would bring $655-$725k Entire property 6ft vinyl fencing.
