The room is very large and furnished. The bathroom is shared but is large and very nice. There is a large kitchen and common eating area. Many other private areas abound in this large house such as living room, large front porch, landing areas and back yard. There also is laundry in the basement. Public transportation is with-in easy driving distance away. Room rate for this room is $ 700 per month. This room does have small refrigerator. The room is for occupancy of ONE person only.
