1 Bedroom Apartment - We are very pet friendly at Cloverleaf! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment; cats and dogs of all sizes. There is a one time, refundable pet deposit of $350, due at move in. There is a $50 monthly charge for the first pet and an additional $30 for the second. Caged animals are also welcome! There is a $100 refundable pet deposit due at move in and a monthly fee of $10 per caged animal (Max 3). Security Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent and is due with the application to hold your apartment. The application fee is $40 and will be paid online while submitting your application. There are no hidden administration fees.
