The house is an oasis of peace in a residential community with lots of space between houses and wonderful views; however, all basic necessities are within 5 minutes of the house: Grocery Store, Hardware Store, Post Office, Veterinarian, etc. . . and more of the same in Downtown Santa Fe within 20 minutes. There is a permanent dweller in the house, an indoor cat that the renter (presumably a cat lover!) will feed from a well-stocked array of cat food and not abandon for days without making arrangements. Lastly, Zillow only gives a choice between rent for 1 or 6 months; ideally we want to rent for 2 months. . . Utilities are included up to $250.00 a month. Any extra usage will be paid for by renter.
