Upon entry, is a living room with a flat screen HDTV, including WIFI, HD cable, and smart TV for rainy days. The updated kitchen includes a microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker to enhance your stay. The dining table seats six with an additional two seats at the kitchen island. Mimosa is a secluded home away from any large crowds that typical resorts may bring. This is a private home with a large driveway for parking, a private pool (heating of pool can be requested) a fenced in backyard, and all the amenities including a washer and dryer! There is a barbecue grill in the back yard in case you want to grill some burgers, steaks, or locally caught seafood during your stay. When you book your stay at Mimosa, Folly Field Beach Park is only a mere 500 yards away (a 7 minute walk per Google Maps). This beach access includes restrooms and showers. Adventure Cove Mini Golf/Arcade and many high rated restaurants are in short walking/driving distance to this home. This is a 5 month lease starting on Oct 4. Zillow is currently not allowing uploaded images, so please google 3 Mimosa St and view the images via the VRBO listing. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is an all inclusive rent, including power, cable, internet, water, trash, and pool cleaning. Pool can be heated also but that would be an additional cost. This is typically a short term rental with over 100+ 5 star reviews. This is a non smoking unit. We will allow up to 2 small dogs, no cats please. Please reach out with questions.
