The updated kitchen includes a microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker to enhance your stay. The dining table seats six with an additional two seats at the kitchen island. Mimosa is a secluded home away from any large crowds that typical resorts may bring. This is a private home with a large driveway for parking, a private pool (heating of pool can be requested) a fenced in backyard, and all the amenities including a washer and dryer! There is a barbecue grill in the back yard in case you want to grill some burgers, steaks, or locally caught seafood during your stay. When you book your stay at Mimosa, Folly Field Beach Park is only a mere 500 yards away (a 7 minute walk per Google Maps). This beach access includes restrooms and showers. Adventure Cove Mini Golf/Arcade and many high rated restaurants are in short walking/driving distance to this home. This is a 5 month lease starting on Oct 4.
