We have two bathrooms split over two floors of living space. The downstairs bedroom has a shared bathroom w/ only one other person. It's $1050 per month. There are 3 roommates upstairs also share their own bathroom. The monthly price includes a biweekly kitchen and living room cleaning by a professional company. They also clean the bathroom every 2 weeks downstairs, and every week for the bathroom upstairs. The room includes free laundry in the basement. Utilities are an additional cost, and are split between the five roommates. The average cost is about $85 per month per person (winter heating costs can be up to $145, and spring/fall months can be as low as $30) Shared driveway parking (one car behind the other) is available; street parking is also included and is free.
