The kitchenette includes a cozy sitting area. There is a large room (could be used as the bedroom or living room) and a cozy room (would make a cute bedroom, office, guest space or yoga room). The kitchenette boasts a full fridge/freezer, 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven, crock pot, and coffee maker. This third floor suite looks and feels like a separate, private apartment but is actually a "separate living space" in my home which is approved by the city to rent. The entire suite is yours to enjoy while I live below in the second floor apartment. The only exception to your total privacy is that I will (infrequently and with respectful notice) need to access a storage room on your third floor. This space is finished with high end carpeting, light fixtures and designer switch plates. Some furnishings are available and negotiable. In the unlikely event of a fire, one of your exits would be through my space, so I would like to rent to 1 or 2 people who are quiet, clear and direct communicators and interested in building community while living separate lives and respecting each other's privacy. A willingness to look after my cats and keep an eye on the house when I travel would be a big plus! The house is a 12 minute walk to town and in a quiet neighborhood, yet only 2 minutes from an exit to 91 for easy access to airports and area colleges. Available now through March 31st.
