3 Reading Ave. was built in 1869, it is an Italianate "four over four" Victorian classic in beautiful condition. Each floor is 2,880 square feet. It is the "house on the hill" that sits grandly above the hamlet of Frenchtown. There are four bedrooms (not including the napping beds on the fully finished 3rd floor) and 2 1/2 baths including a steam room and shower than you can walk around in. We bought the house from Elizabeth Gilbert. If you google Eat Pray Crib you'll see her giving a tour of the house. Enjoy! Tenant responsible for all utilities and services.
