This home is right next to a freight train that is LOUD and has NO set schedule. I personally lived in the home for 3 years and became accustomed to the train rather quickly. When the windows are closed its much harder to hear the train. There is a full basement with Bilco Doors and stairs from the 1st floor to same. About 900 square feet. There is plenty of storage in basement with shelves to keep things off of the ground. Washer & Dryer in basement for the 1st floor unit only. On street parking on a dead end street. Room for 3 trucks. Reverse osmosis water filter beneath kitchen sink. Tenant responsible for changing filters as necessary. Stainless steel appliances. Optional Furnishings: 1. Mullaney Reversible Storage Pull Out Bed Sleeper Sectional 2. Stainless steel w/ wooden countertop kitchen island with chairs; seats two people I pay water and sewer. This averaged ~$70 per month when i lived here. 700+ Credit score and clean background. Absolutely no exceptions. Will start showing Jan 15th. Please do not trespass on the property. The 1st floor is occupied until March and I need to obtain permission from the tenant to show the property. Cats are acceptable for an additional $50 per month, per cat. Owner pays for water and sewer. Tenant mows lawn and shovels snow.
