Amenities include: App 50' of sea wall, jet ski lift, sleeps 4 unless you like sleeping on couches and then it sleeps 6, 42" flat screen TV, cathedral ceiling, 3 level Trex shaded deck. The water heater, furnace and roof have been replaced since we've owned the cottage. New AC unit installed in July 2018.
