The unit has a bright, spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There are four bedrooms, the bathroom has a shower and there is a backyard. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier of Old Orchard Beach. The quaint village of Ocean Park is also a short stroll away. It is a 20-minute drive to Portland, with its many restaurants, art and culture and the mall. It is a 20-minute drive to the University of New England's Biddeford Campus and to South Portland. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Old Orchard Beach and its beautiful coastline. To move in, please pay 1st month's rent, last month's rent and the security deposit. All utilities included. Pet fee is $75 per month. Standard Maine residential lease. The lease would run from Labor Day 2026 to mid-May or early June 2027.
