My little efficiency apartment is over the garage in my new home. Meadowbrook neighborhood is a very safe, quiet and friendly area with wonderful trails for walking/running behind the house in the Brunswick Forest trail system. I can walk to Bowdoin College in 15 minutes and drive in 8 minutes. Parking is included in my attached garage.. I will consider dogs on an individual basis. The apartment is available for 3 months, March, April and May. Everything is included: heat. lights, wi-fi, trash removal, parking, water and parking in my double car garage. This is a new house (2015) and a newer apartment (2016).
