Current value (including adjacent lot connected by a custom bridge) is around $245,000. We bought this home in 2006 for $140k. There has NEVER been a foreclosure on this property. That's another thing Zillow got wrong. We are only the 3rd owners since it was built in 1994. We have vastly improved this home in more ways than can be listed here! We would really like to sell it WITH the adjacent lot. We also cannot help that Zillow is no good at calculating proper home values. Any "zestimate" shown that is lower than what we are asking can be ignored. Our value was calculated by a real broker that evaluated the home in person and ran the comps.
