Parking would never be an issue as it is a fully single home residential area and there is ample street parking everywhere. Garage is also available for an additional cost. Lease would be month to month, with first month's rent and a security deposit collectible before move in. No pets and no doubles allowed. Please do not contact me if you are in this situation.
