    What's special

    This is a 4 bedroom 4 full bath property. There are two masters on each side of the house. Each master has its own bathroom. The main master has a walk in closet with a washer and dryer hook up in the closet. This hook up accepts propane or small three prong electric. The primary source of heating and cooling is geothermal. Geothermal runs an environmentally friendly liquid underground that takes the heat from the earth and provides a baseline to heat or cool from. Instead of heating the home from the outside temperature of 0 degrees you will be heating from the ground temperature of ~55 degrees. That said, despite the large heating/cooling area the electric bill averages out to be about $350 a month for the year but of course this is dictated by how warm you make the home. There is a 1000 gallon propane tank on the property but its only function is the gas stove and ultra efficient navien water heater. There is a 3 car garage with a two car garage inside of it. The 3 car and two car is now separated by an insulated wall. The two car contains a ping pong table and gym area. There is a 6th garage bay on the left of the house (when looking at it from the street). This bays entry is from the rear of the home and currently houses a ride on lawn mower, tools etc. The other game room across from the two car garage contains a pool table, small bar and washer and dryer hook up in the closet which accepts electric appliances. Landlord is open to negotiating leaving some furniture, washer dryer etc. If its listed, its available. I will no longer be answering this question. The home is also for sale and I will entertain a potential buyer assuming the current loan as well. Lease will begin Sept 1 but possibly Aug 15th if closing permits. Lawn care is already provided. If tenant wishes to assume lawn duties, landlord will discount rent. Shoveling the snow is the responsibility of the tenant. The pool is salt water and requires little maintenance. A bi weekly service plan is already secured. Tenant will only be responsible for running the automated vacuum (press the button and walk away) and emptying the skimmer as necessary. No other pool maintenance is required by the tenant.
