Smoking of any kind (tobacco/vapes): strictly not allowed on the property inside or out. Any use forfeits deposit and incurs additional cleaning, and any damages. No mountain bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Security camera/recording device we have 3 exterior security cameras and a ring doorbell.
