Smoking of any kind (tobacco/vapes): strictly not allowed on the property inside or out. Any use forfeits deposit and incurs additional cleaning, and any damages. No mountain bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Security camera/recording device we have 2 exterior security cameras and a ring doorbell. Please do not unplug router, electronics or change Alexa settings and do not rearrange furniture. Parties/Events/Other guests than on the lease: strictly not allowed. Any parties or events at the property will be considered a lease violation, can be grounds for eviction, and incur extra cleaning charges, plus any damages.
