There is a full size kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, utensils, cups, cutlery, plates/bowls, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Linens and towels are provided; there is a telephone for free calls to the USA and Canada. This privately owned condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals Available to rent $4,500/month starting December 1, 2026. We will send a monthly bill. The condo is fully furnished and ready for you to move in. Full month rent is due upon signing contract and rent is due the first of the month of your stay.
