Quiet hours of 10 PM to 8 AM are strictly enforced. There is no room for a trailer or a boat in the driveway. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely no parties without express authorization. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. We are in Bear Country, so no trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A laptop computer is not included. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided. Includes a washer and dryer, and linens are provided. Two portable air conditioners were added in January 2022 to the upstairs master bedroom and the main-level dining room.
