If your application is approved, and are invited to move-in, we will email you a Lease for Residential Property to be reviewed and signed electronically. For those with pets, there is a non-refundable pet fee in the amount of $300.00 and breed, size, and records to be provided. We require the first and last month's rent (14) calendar days prior to your lease start date as well as a Security Deposit in the amount of $1,000.00.
