The condo is a very nice 3 bedroom unit with a huge living area and a galley kitchen, and at 1700 sq ft, it is plenty big for living enjoyment, but the perks of the complex are what the value is in. The deck looks over the lake and shopping area, and once you are outside the unit, you are in resort living at it's finest. This is something that would be almost impossible to replace. This is condo living, so applicants will be seriously scrutinized.
