I have 1 room available, as shown in the first photo. The apartment has its own private entrance from the side of my home. NOTE: The rental price includes ALL utilities, including internet and parking. This is located in Central Orem, only minutes from the freeway, BYU, and UVU. Each room has a large egress window. The full bathroom is shared with separate shelving for your personal toiletries. There is a W/D in the unit. There are currently 2 female renters renting the other 2 rooms, and both work and are students. There is ample parking. Due to family allergies NO PETS ALLOWED Proof of renter's insurance is required. This room is available because the renter had a job change, so I allowed her out of the lease. I will be flexible with the renter - April 1 to July 31 or April 1 to May 31 of 2027. If you are interested in starting this rental later than April 1, I can be flexible with that as well. I mostly rent to students, so try to be flexible with their schedules. We can discuss that
