We are now accepting applications for winter rental tenants (October 1st - April 30th). Rentals are located at the SaltWater Inn in Belmar, NJ. We have 8 fully furnished queen suites and 1 king suite all equipped with mini fridges. All suites have their own private bathrooms. We also have a suite designed for larger families with four bedrooms, a living room, and 1.5 bathrooms. All suites will have access to a shared kitchen located on the first floor. Another larger option is our fully furnished apartment with a private enterance seperate from the inn that has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, washer/dryer, and a its own private full kitchen. (PRICE VARIES ON ROOM TYPE: MONTHLY RENT RANGES FROM $1000-$1500/ per month- INQUIRE FOR MORE INFO) During your stay you will experience exceptional hospitality, free cable and WIFI, central A/C, seating on a wrap around porch, and free parking. We are only two blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Shopping, restaurants, the marina, and nightlife are all within walking distance. Please call or email, to inquire rates and the best room for you! Tenants must bring necessities for entirety of their stay. -NO PARTIES/LOUD MUSIC (Quiet time in the INN is after 10pm). -No alcohol/drugs/smoking in/on/around property. -No pets allowed.
