My favorite parts of the neighborhood are Yerba Buena Gardens, the Museum of Modern Art, and the variety of restaurants and bars like The Grove, Novela, Press Club, Amber India, Delarosa, Dirty Habit, Zero Zero, and Thirsty Bear. It's a quick walk up to Market Street, and about a total of 10 minutes to the Montgomery BART and light rail station. The central location makes it easy to grab an Uber/Lyft in minutes. Head down Folsom Street for a leisurely walk or run to the bay and down the Embarcadero. Pets approved on an individual basis with a $500 deposit and a $50 monthly fee. Parking is available in the building for $345/month.
